Who We Are
The FutureWise Leadership Program is the product of an intensive and ongoing collaboration between Scott Campbell and Elizabeth Lancaster of Blue Dot Strategy, and Melinda Sinclair of PeopleDynamics Learning. Our collaboration on this project was prompted several years ago when we were asked to create and facilitate a long-term leadership development program for one of our major health care systems in Ontario.
The purpose was to develop a program that re-imagined leadership for a world that is characterized by increasing complexity and ongoing flux, and that could help leaders develop the capacities and capabilities needed to navigate such a world while shaping a positive future.
